Frequently Asked Questions
Which airport should we fly into?
Faro International Airport (FAO) is the closest airport to all accommodation options in The Algarve. Many airlines including Ryanair, Tap Air Portugal and Aer Lingus will all operate multiple flights in the summer season.
Where should we stay?
The Bridal Party will be based in Vilamoura but we encourage you to explore all options under our accommodation section (many of which have been recommended by the venue). Afterall this is your holiday too, we want you to soak up the sun, sea and sand the way you want to! Albufeira, Vilamoura and Quarteira all within 30 minutes of the venue.
Will there be transport to/from the wedding venue?
No need to worry, we've got you covered! We will be organising transport options for all guests that require it. Details for each guest will be provide closer to the date depending on your accommodation on choice. There is also parking for any guests choosing to drive rented vehicles. The entire day will be held at Monte do Serrinho.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically included on your invitation. We kindly ask only named people are in attendance on the big day. Thank you for your understanding.
Are children allowed at the wedding?
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be exclusively for adults (with an appearance from our little man, Beauden.) We want you to have a night off to let your hair down and enjoy the celebrations with us!
Is there a dress code?
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is garden cocktail party. Think linen suits, flowy dresses - kindly no jeans, shorts or white.
P.S For the ladies, our beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing light blue (just incase you might be wondering). ​​​​​​​​​​​​​

When do I need to RSVP by?
RSVP must be in by May 1st, 2026. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and venue an exact guest count by a certain date. While we will send out reminders, we kindly ask to RSVP as soon as you can.
Can I take pictures?
We kindly ask no phones during the ceremony only. We will have photographers on the day to capture all the moments to share with you. However, we highly encourage you take as many photos as you like during cocktail hour and for the rest of the night. You'll be able to share them with us through the QR code provided on the day.
Will the ceremony be outside?
Yes, the short ceremony will be the garden. Being July it will be hot. Please wear SPF! We will have hydration stations, fans and some cover to keep you cool.
Travel Information!
Most guests won't require a visa to travel into Portugal but we highly recommend double checking online if you are unsure. Please also ensure your passport is at least 6 months in date (and don't forget to bring it please).
